As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing winning proposals, communicating with international clients, and collaborating with our technical team to deliver the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on projects through Upwork and Freelancer.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical team to estimate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate project terms, and convert leads into successful projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Track project opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Online Bidding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer.
• Good understanding of:

• Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
